I got my glasses back in 5 days on the 11th. The right lens was wrong. On the 18th, I was told they were in again. We went in the 19th but they couldn't be found. She looked everywhere. Then they told me both lens were in. Then they tod me they were wrong. Then they couldn't find anything! They had to reorder. Supposedly, they will be in tomorrow. I told them I want my money back! What a fiasco! I will go elsewhere! Never, in 70 years of glasses have I had such a fiasco!
Great service
Customer service is horrible at this location. Been there 3 times, all 3 times I have been the only one in the vision center yet I'm treated like an inconvenience. I've been ignored and today was talked down to by a tall white haired lady. She got angry at me for asking about a pair of contacts I needed reordered. Another employee had to step in and help, she was too mad at me for some unknown reason.
