Not happy at all!!!!! I bought glasses 6 months ago. Got the reflective glare put on,and now it's coming off, I can't see through my glasses. Only come to find out from a different vision center that they should have told me I need a different lenses to go with that reflective protection that I got put on my glasses That's why it's wearing off not happy with this Manitowoc vision care at all because I was never told that I need a different lenses. Doesn't help when I CANT SEE AT ALL NOW. THANKS VISION CENTER🤬🤬
I originally was going to Aurora. Switched to shopko because they take my insurance. Had an eye exam at Shopko and specifically asked for help finding frames and they sat on their lazy butts and refused to help me. Went to Walmart right after to do some shopping and decided to randomly stop in. The lady working was super nice! Super helpful. I said I wanted something that had a heavier frame. No one seems to be certified. They don’t know how to adjust glasses. The doctor is great, but his staff needs educating.
It is so frustrating when you have an emergency and need new glasses but you are 13hojrs away in another state. So you call your doctors office the day before to get the prescription faxed and they say they will do righr now and then dont. You call the next day to make sure they fax it because u have an appointment to get glasses repair and they continue to tell you they are faxing it but the dr office you are at is NOT RECEIVING it.
