I have had nothing but great service here!
Not happy. Brought glasses I purchased there for adjustment, she heated the plastic frames/ lenses. The heating damaged my lenses, and the best they would offer was a 20% discount on the purchase of new lenses! I wasn't planning on new lenses, and the damage was caused by the heating process...very unhappy and will never be back, nor recommend WM optical to anyone, EVER!!!
Not happy at all!!!!! I bought glasses 6 months ago. Got the reflective glare put on,and now it's coming off, I can't see through my glasses. Only come to find out from a different vision center that they should have told me I need a different lenses to go with that reflective protection that I got put on my glasses That's why it's wearing off not happy with this Manitowoc vision care at all because I was never told that I need a different lenses. Doesn't help when I CANT SEE AT ALL NOW. THANKS VISION CENTER🤬🤬
