Keith the optometrist was absolutely amazing!he explained to me the importance of taking care of my eyes more than i had ever had it explained before!he wasn't trying to sell me anything at and explained that my health was what was importance how much money I spend or don't spend!he's very knowledgeable and caring about his patients!!highly recommend!!
Staff were wonderful and friendly. My glasses arrived in 2 days. They sure were professional will definitely recommend.
My eye exam with Dr. Rivera was fantastic. Highly recommend him. My issue came when my glasses came in 8 days later on 11/21 The tech was not personable at all. When I put the glasses on, I immediately knew something was off. She never smiled even when greeting me. She was snarky when she said you know it takes a bit to adjust. Had a emergency and was in alot of pain. A piece of metal was buried in my iris. Rivera and the staff where fully booked for the day but where kind enough to schedule me between appointments to remove the piece of metal out of my eye. I am very grateful and appreciate them very much!
