Took them over 1 hour to order a pair of glass. With two workers working in my case. Slow slow slow.
$60 eye exam $15 additional charge, unclear what it was for. Possibly because Dr had my eyes dilated for health check. Be sure to request PD info if getting checked for ordering glasses online. They’ll make a note on that slip that you are not buying glasses from them. Not sure if that was supposed to stay an internal note or not. Waited about 30 mins after check in, another 20 mins for the eye dilating solution to go into effect. Dr. Wecker and staff were very polite.
The doctor in there is really easy to talk to and listens to his clients. I will not go anywhere else. Plus their frames are affordable with a large selection. Staff in the center are great and pay attention to details.
Dr. Wecker is extremely thorough.
