I called in to see if I could get help with my two new eyeglasses that I purchased in May of 2024 for noticeable scratches interior of the lenses. This was just over the phone however employee Peggy kept repeating their in nothing they can do to help. I asked for the manager and Peggy hung up the phone. This is a display unprofessional and a great example why I should never buy anything from Walmart Vision Center. According to Peggy by way of hanging up “Who cares attitude”
Called to schedule an appointment and when I said I needed to hang up to check something and call right back they left me on hold for 10-12 mins just so they wouldn't have to take my call before close and it was a scheduling call nothing major won't be coming back though
