I stopped in a few weeks ago to get the nose guard fixed on my boyfriends glasses. To my surprise, Pam repaired them and refused to let me pay for them. She was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. She was like a breath of fresh air. I only wish the rest of the staff at this location were more like her! Thank you, Pam! 😘
I ordered my new glasses today. Holland was very professional and Knowledgeble. She took time to discuss all of my options and even called my insurance provider to straighten out an issue. I felt like she was genuinely concerned that I got what was best for me. Holland proved today that great customer service does still exsist in some places. She is a huge asset to your company!
