Stay far away from these people. Prescription written in three months ago, but because of the doctor wrote the wrong year, they would not honor it. I am the most un prejudice person you know ,grew up with uncles that are black ,uncles that are white. Never have been treated the way I’ve been treated by these people. Every time I visit Walmart vision center, I’m treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. The ladies that work there are truly amazing……. Makes me want to pop in at random just to visit. This will be the only place I go for all of my eyeglass needs.
I looked on line to see the hours of the Vision Center and it says open until 6pm, today. I arrived at 2:30pm. I saw the only lady behind the register and I said I really need some help. I started to show her my glasses and I tried to tell her I needed them fixed, before she rudely cut me off saying, "I've been here since 9.oclock, I'm about to go to lunch. The women in the Natchez, Mississippi Vision Center at Walmart are extremely rude and unprofessional. They need a crash course in professionalism and manners.
The Natchez location is awesome. These ladies helped me for over an hour. They give their honest opinion on each, 50, pair you try on. Thank you for helping me make my decision and being patient.
