I personally will not go again myself. While the staff were very pleasant and kind, as well as the doctor. I had expressed I have vision issues, ultimately hoping to be prescribed something for my eyes. My left eye is the troublesome one. While doing the examination- mid examining my left eye he had stopped and said "your left eye is as good as dead. Let's just work on maintaining the health of the right eye" I can still see out of my left eye. Not well. But I can. No prescription given for the eye that needs it. But only th... read more
Tracy got me all fixed up in a matter of minutes! I broke my frames and for less than $60 I was out the door! Thank you!
Got my new glasses was happy with them. About a month later there was a scratch on them When I took them in they told me that there was nothing they could do, because the scratch was not in my line of vision . I paid for the non scratch coding and they would not do anything. Why did I pay for that if they don't honor it.
I'm not usually a Walmart fan for eye glasses but the ladies that work here are amazing. The contacts come in super fast - within a couple days and the service is really great. I'm always amazed that this is a walmart eye center because the service is exceptional! Danica and her team are A+++
