I've had my current pair of glasses for 3 yrs and never had any problems. I needed to have my left arm tightened since it was loose. Nothing else. I never gave any indication I had anything wrong with them. They are $500 pair of frames. I never had the plastic heated up before since they never needed it, they are straight across with no curve whatsoever at the nose piece. One of the people took my glasses to the back after I clearly said only left arm is loose and she came back with my glasses completely curved around! Nose ... read more
