The week of may 20 th I get a text message stating that I had some contacts that needed to be picked up from Walmart. Now mind you my appointment was a month and a half prior. So a week later when I get a day off from work I go in to pick up my trial pack of contacts. Now I NEEDED to get the trial pack. Dr. Junk is courteous and helpful. His staff on the other hand is very lethargic and show little desire to be there. As for their sales experience, they talk fast and make it difficult to understand the product and price. I paid the cost of exam but got my prescription. Purchased frames and lens from well known online seller and saved a bundle!!
The old lady staff who are working evening shift such mean! She is mean and no patient to try to understand me, she refused my old prescription unfriendly and she urged me to pick frames quickly! she keeps asking my address and birthday even I only bought a frame. Why I need provide birthday date only bought a frame! I also need replace two nose clips for my old glasses and she was using a not fit size screw said she can not screw down them and refused to work , after I ask for using a small screw I took down them easily!
