My wife & and I were left standing for over 20 minutes,and Walmart vision allowed another couple to jump line. The manager was very disrespectful, showing neither respect nor empathy. I would be more understanding if not the fact that the manager sat with a co-worker ignoring the customers' waiting. When I need glasses,I will consider a company that places ppl before profit, or at minimum, shows respect. This used to be a good company,but now it will hire a warm body.

To Primarily, Jennifer and Roxy employee/associates, in the Optical Department. I ordered glasses well over a couple of months ago, from a different Walmart associate. There was problems with the lens and frame, the frame could not be straightened. I still couldn't see well after wearing the glasses a week or so for normal eye adjustment. The lens were sent off for a remake due to the mistakes made by another associate with the measurements. "I was told later the measurements was off".
