To Primarily, Jennifer and Roxy employee/associates, in the Optical Department. I ordered glasses well over a couple of months ago, from a different Walmart associate. There was problems with the lens and frame, the frame could not be straightened. I still couldn't see well after wearing the glasses a week or so for normal eye adjustment. Staff was unfriendly and didn’t offer to fit the glasses to my face. After asking the technician to, they didn’t give a real attempt to fix them. I’m walking around with crooked glasses. I’ll never go to this eye center again.
The people that work there are very rude
Hard to rate a place that never seems to be open. Store hours list 8pm as closing. We were here at 7:40 needing a frame repaired right quick. No one is here. No answer on the phone. This is not the first time
