I went to Walmart Vision Center today as my glasses broke and I desperately needed a new pair... Dawn who works there was very nice and extremely helpful in getting me what I needed within the parameters of my insurance. Will go back 👍
I’m a veteran and VA glasses are mailed to us w/o being fitted. Asked “lady” while I was getting taxes done at wmart if she could adjust them. I was looking at frames and possibly wanted to purchase a second pr. I had a small paper bag /w tax documents inside and NOTHING ELSE in it. She sent the optometrist out to WATCH ME! I was so disgusted I snatched my glasses up and left. Don’t treat HONEST folks like THIEVES! I’ve never stolen anything in my life! 🤬
I have been seeing eye Dr.s since I was eight yrs.old I'm now 64. This was absolutely the best eye exam Ever.When making my appointment they were extremely helpful and so nice. Day of appointment I got right in. The best part of this appointment was meeting Dr.B. Laurie.He was the best . I will have my exams done by him year after year as long as possible. I recommend him highly.
Reception needs customer service experience. Confirmed appointment and the optometrist wasn't aware of the time restraint. Therefore, dropped appointment. No insurance mind you, in these times, you can't find a bargain here. Use America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. Cheaper cost and friendly manners.
