Oh my goodness. The ladies that work here Karina, Maddi, and in particular their manager are ANGELS. My child had a very tough day not only were they patient, and kind BUT they also got the job done quickly. A special shout out to the manager who told my mama heart exactly what it needed to hear. We will be back!
The actual glasses store is good but what I had a problem with was their eye doctor office. I ordered my first set of contacts from them and no one bothered to even try and explain to me how to put them on or what procedure to use so I was in their room for about 40 min just trying to figure it out. Eventually it got close to closing time that I had to leave. If you want a good experience for first time contact buyers go to Paterson optical.
