SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! (I’m going to leave both my and my wife’s experience.) Dr. McLaughlin is nice enough, however, he refuses to listen to his clients. We both had appointments in early Dec. 2024. The exams were fine. Now here’s where the issues lie. My prescription changed and more than three times I’ve received the WRONG contact strength. Doctor McLaughlin is patient and takes care to take the time to get you dialed in.
Great staff! When I went, the doctor was phenomenal and a tech named Lexi was super nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough, and Lexi did a great job of explaining the entire process afterward.
The Dr and exam were great no problem. Getting glasses is another story. Picked out frames was told my plan would cover 100 percent of the lenses. Paid the bill 0 balance. Months later sent a bill for $75. Called the 800 number they say that all they can do is take my payment. Called the store and they say all they can do is take a payment. All I wanted was what my insurance would cover and was told they would. Find a place that has a trained staff to purchase your glasses.
Dr.Mclaughlin, is very good and makes you feel right at home in his office. Very thankful for all his help.
