They got me in the day I called for an appointment, they took me back on time (actually a little early). The whole staff worked together to make sure I and the other patients were well cared for but also quickly in and out. I really appreciated how I felt like I was really well taken care of, all my needs were addressed, and everything got done in about 30 minutes.
Very disappointed!! Tried using them for a nationwide coverage if needed. Lens had a flaw in it and when they replaced it it now has etched letters that i and other people can clearly see in the lens. Not willing to fix or replace unless I order more expensive lenses. Like the $250 I already spent wasn't enough. Learned my lesson, won't use walmart again!
They were very nice, unfortunately also very slow, and didn't seem the most proficient or competent at there job.
Really love this place and the employees are so friendly. Great experience and look forward to being a regular customer
We made an appointment, even got there early. We sat down and did paperwork , did the 1st part of the exam, then a walk in came in nonemergency. The doctor took the walk in without checking who was there 1st. We waited with three kids for 40 minutes , no apologize for the wait from staff. Then I couldn't wait any longer and hour later I get a call saying sorry. I was super unimpressed .
