The local vision care didn't accept my Medicare Advantage Plan (they accepted half the cost - $156 - from husband's vision insurance) I went to Walmart Vision Care. This is where I should have started! Victor, a knowledgeable frame fitter, and his sales associate, were patient while I tried on an enormous number of frames. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place , I am very disappointed on how they can not even do your eyes prescription right. I have gone a couple times to fixed it but haven't been successful because the Dr. Is ONLY there on thrusday's. I spoke with Victor, who is the manager and he was very rude. All i'm asking for is a refund because my glasses order was messed up.

My experience for this visit was horrible. When I first went in, i was greeted by the most polite lady. After the the great initial stuff, that is when I was attended by the Doctor who was ridiculous, and i do mean ridiculous. The whole time he was doing the "exam" he did not care one bit, which lasted a whole 10 min. He was like did you have different prescriptions before, i was like, i have had both the same.
