Went there for my appointment I told them I will keep my frame but I will get new lenses. The woman asked for my glasses to check them out not once but 2 times all ok. When I went to get my lens the other woman told me I need new frames that they was glued before I never glued them because they was not broken.she said you must have I told her why didn't your other worker let me know that . If 0 stars was an option. Reschedule my appointment while I was on my way in (30 minutes before I had to be there) they then made to wait over an hour when you have an appointment. Just so they can give you the wrong prescription and make you wait even longer for the glasses you have to pay upfront for. Worst experience ever and most unprofessional service I’ve ever received from an eye care place. Save the time and money go anywhere else.

Everyone here is great. I had issues with another vision center and came here to get new glasses. I have a very strong script and had to return a pair of glasses to get the script tweaked a bit. Every employee was absolutely wonderful and patient. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great experience with a professional, kind team. Thank you!

I had an appointment with Nicole to get new glasses and upgraded lenses, and she was the greatest optician I’ve ever worked with. She was kind, patient, and very informative about the new lenses I was going to try out. Especially with the pandemic, the experience was different than usual, but I enjoyed it even more than a normal experience because of how great Nicole is. Thank you Nicole!
