I always go to Walmart Vision Center to pick out my new glasses. Even if I go to my regular eye doctor I always take my prescription to Walmart because they have the best selection and pricing. Alexis is super helpful at the Desoto location and will take the time to help you pick out your next favorite pair.
So very impressed with the staff of this vision center. They were most welcoming and VERY knowledgeable about their product. I never felt like they were trying to get more money out of me. They listened to my wants/needs and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

There is way to much incompetence at the front desk to trust you with my eyeballs... Get more competent people to deal with customers, perhaps someone with knowledge of insurance.
I am very picky about who does my eyes. I decided I need a change and went to the De Soto Walmart. Wow I am glad I did. Alexis was very professional and gave me a 5 star experience. I just got my glasses and I love them. I will be back next year ! 💙
