I’ve been reaching out to see if my contacts came in. It’s been 3 weeks since I had my exam and they were ordered. I’m either met w/ a phone that rings and rings or a rude employee who keeps repeating they normally take 1-2 weeks even though I keep telling her it’s been over the 2 week time frame. I would really appreciate if someone would give me an update on the status of contacts
Horrible. The eye doctor is horrible. The customer service had me on hold for over 2 hours. Never coming here again.
The Vision center at this location close at 4pm on Sundays. I am grateful the lady who answered was nice to see us so I can get my daughter’s glasses fixed.
I had a horrible experience at this vision center. I had to return the glasses for a refund because the prescription was put in wrong. The manager was supposed to write a simple letter showing refund given and glasses returned to my insurance company. They kept saying they would do it, but months later they have not done it. Do yourself a favor, go to another vision center.
