Very kind and helpful! After a lot of frustration of trying to replace lenses myself, I finally humbled myself and called the Walmart vision center. In the time it took me to Get a gallon of milk, the lenses were replaced with a smile. 🤓.
So apparently walmart doesn't accept my insurance. RIDICULOUS! IT'S A WALMART YOU SHOULD ACCEPT ALL FORMS OF INSURANCE! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!
This place is a mess. Took me 15 mins to make an appointment, arrived for the appointment and they had no record of it. They say I have to take another day off to try again. They suggested I go to my former vision center. I would except it is overseas.
They were very helpful and customer service was great.
