staff is super rude and didn’t help at all when i lost my glasses that i have to wear everyday. they refused to give me my prescription so that id be able to order new glasses without getting an exam from their doctor (money grab).

The lady at the front desk named Rachel is very rude and condescending. My 16 year old brother and I came in to get him glasses. Multiple times she said very loudly “no insurance?” To him. He gets confused easily and was hounding on him not knowing his dads address. I stepped in and asked what the problem was and she very rudely dismissed me. Said snotty “I just need a number okay? Nobody has a phone?!”
The entire crew at this Walmart vision center is by far one of the best! Shawn handles mine and my son’s glasses! He goes above and beyond for us and we are always happy to see him. Thank you all for making this super easy for us.
