First visit to Walmart Vision Center. As a walk-in, I was helped immediately, with courtesy and professionalism. I was seeking an eye exam and a new prescription for eye glasses. The woman who handled my insurance and preliminary testing was thorough, pleasant, and re-assuring. Dr. Patel, who performed the eye exam, was excellent. I was honestly skeptical about an eye doctor in Walmart but I couldn't be happier. I have terrible anxiety and the dr. was so kind and non judgmental. Thankfully my eyes are healthy other than needing glasses. I picked a great pair instantly and the gentleman that helped me was FANTASTIC. Super helpful and let me know of all the options I could choose from. All of the men that are there to help are so kind! The woman who handles insurance is so sweet and personable as well. Would absolutely recommend this location.

Ridiculous. I don’t leave 1 star reviews much but they need to hire more people or organize to move the line here faster.
