My visit in April 2025 was fine, I had my eyes checked for contact and glasses. Paid and ordered 12mths of contacts. Insurence paid for some I did pay in full @ $250. Well 4 mths later I get a bill. It appears we didn't charge you correctly will a bill for $100, I got this invoice again in Nov. 2025. So they hardly paid for anything. I'm going in the see what happened? May have to make an appointment as they are always busy when I'm in the store shopping. Beware
I had a fantastic experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Toms River. Paul Roser was extremely welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. I needed an adjustment on my glasses, and without hesitation, he immediately took care of them. These are very expensive glasses, and he handled them with such care and professionalism. He fixed them perfectly, was honest, and gave me great recommendations regarding my glasses. He was truly amazing and very helpful. First visit to Walmart Vision Center. As a walk-in, I was helped immediately, with courtesy and professionalism. I was seeking an eye exam and a new prescription for eye glasses. The woman who handled my insurance and preliminary testing was thorough, pleasant, and re-assuring. Dr. Patel, who performed the eye exam, was excellent. She was patient, caring, highly skilled, and thorough in her explanation through each phase of the exam.
