guy in the front was extremely rude. Didn’t write my prescription and didn’t reserve my frames so I had to take off work again and go back and do the same thing over again. also didn’t call back to say my glasses were done i had to call them.

Waited over an hour just get frames. My God this place is slow
I went in to pick up a pair of eyeglasses for my child. Seems simple right? Well it seems the guy that took my child's eyeglasses and told me to return for pickup had no recognition of this transaction. Another staff person "Tia" insisted on interrupting every conversation I was having with the actual person I had made the transaction of ordering the eyeglasses. I brought my glasses to be fitted in a new frame and I can't seem to hear from them and this is now 3 weeks I know this is difficult because of covid 19 but 3 weeks? I am thinking he lost my glasses this is ridiculous.
