I needed new glasses and they lost my prescription. The soonest available eye exam I could find in my area is in September.
I can’t say enough good things About Amora, Cassie and Heather. I was a very difficult case and they all went above and beyond what any person could ask for.
I called to check on coming in to get glasses and Heather the person I spoke was rude and couldn't even give me basic information.
went to the eyecare center a while back and dealt with heather ,,good luck with her and her lack of knowledge and interest in helping anyone ,,,i will give the manager credit for trying to make the situation right ,, however ,,today (4-4-18) my frames just broke in half while i was taking them off to go to bed ,,, well i called the eyecenter and heather answered,, another typical convo with her,,, rude ,, refuses to help ,, always says ill have the manager call you sometime ,, didnt bother to get my number or anything ,, so ... read more
