Been customer for over a decade and today I got very disappointed with an employee at the vision center. Regardless of how your day is going nor the issues you are facing at work, respect clients and listen to their needs should be YOUR PRIORITY!!!!! Ask questions is part of your job and LISTEN to the answer is CRUCIAL. Not understanding on both ends could be part of the process but RESPECT on both side should prevail. I honestly this review gets to a supervisor and better training is provided.
Called to schedule an eye exam. Just an annual vision test. Was told they charge an ADDITIONAL $40 for imaging (which isn’t covered by insurance and is OPTIONAL at most reputable places). Was told it is mandatory even though I stated I had imaging done numerous times this year and it was not needed. This is a $40 money grab. Go somewhere else.
