I've recently had a very bad experience with this doctor. 2024 I started to want to wear contacts he provided me with a couple of trials contacts to see which I perfer, I went air optics. About may 2025 I went in cause I couldn't see with my glasses or contacts. At one point my vision had doubled. So that doctor gave me a stronger pair of contacts to try. My experience with this vision center has been miserable. Do not come here. If you are able, please go to Box Elder vision. They are fantastic there. I had to get my eye exam corrected twice. When I mentioned that I was having issues the first time, I was brushed off and told to give my eyes time to adjust.... even though I was struggling to read anything. Great customer service. Leeann has always been super helpful, going above and beyond. I’ve purchased glasses from several places before, and this is my favorite.
Awful customer service. My wife and I were just looking at frames and the woman working rudely informed me that my insurance wasn’t accepted, which is completely understandable however when we continued to inquire about prices she continued to act like we were the biggest burden for even trying to give them our business anyways. Good job ma’am, we won’t be.
