My experience with this vision center has been miserable. Do not come here. If you are able, please go to Box Elder vision. They are fantastic there. I had to get my eye exam corrected twice. When I mentioned that I was having issues the first time, I was brushed off and told to give my eyes time to adjust.... even though I was struggling to read anything. Great customer service. Leeann has always been super helpful, going above and beyond. I’ve purchased glasses from several places before, and this is my favorite.
Awful customer service. My wife and I were just looking at frames and the woman working rudely informed me that my insurance wasn’t accepted, which is completely understandable however when we continued to inquire about prices she continued to act like we were the biggest burden for even trying to give them our business anyways. Good job ma’am, we won’t be.
The customer service staff was horrible. Its Over priced and horrible service! My first and last time visiting this location.
