Great customer service. Leeann has always been super helpful, going above and beyond. I’ve purchased glasses from several places before, and this is my favorite.
Awful customer service. My wife and I were just looking at frames and the woman working rudely informed me that my insurance wasn’t accepted, which is completely understandable however when we continued to inquire about prices she continued to act like we were the biggest burden for even trying to give them our business anyways. Good job ma’am, we won’t be.
