This location will not honor warranties and the staff are rude.
This location lacks a doctor, does not honor warranties, and has poor customer service. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to deal with. I had a particularly frustrating experience trying to return a pair of glasses - it took six months of constant follow-up with no resolution. I have had multiple other issues here and would not recommend this location to anyone.
