Took forever on hold to get someone on the line. Then they said I need to have another appointment with the eye doctor despite visiting earlier this year: they don't have records of my appointment. Great way to get someone to waste more money. My prescription hasn't changed.
This Walmart has a high quality eyeglasses. Highly recommended.
I’ve seen Dr. Ford three times now, and all three visits deserve 5 stars. Dr. Ford treated me with respect and politeness. He was articulate, punctual, confident and knowledgeable in each process of the exam. In addition, Dr. Ford never rushed me during the exam. Sebastian took care of the paperwork and was kind and helpful as well. It’s vital that when we seek medical attention that we are treated with respect, nor viewed as hysterical.
