I kept calling them everyday if I could see the doctor earlier than my appointment. Today, the receptionist told me to walk in between 10 am by 1pm. I took my daughter and went there. No one was willing to help. One of them told me ask doctor if he says yes. I asked him and he told me if you wait then I will see her. I told the lady whatever dr told me. She didn't trust and asked the doctor and doctor told her to take appointment. If you dont accept walk in, why you tell me to be here between 10 am by 1pm. Not well managemen... read more
Terrible customer service and the reps have very little knowledge to assist patients. Very condescending and rude as well.

Tried to call for an appointment, talked to the older woman, she was rude, at the end of the call she hung up without saying goodbye. She said it is too soon to make appointment,last time she said it was too late very confusing.. and I couldn't find a spot for my kids easily. Always in a,rush when they answer the phone. They change policy often, then when with eyeglasses insurance ($20 or $25, don't remember how much it was, but previously it was free) they try not to change glasses, making up excuses and I am talking about ... read more
Took forever on hold to get someone on the line. Then they said I need to have another appointment with the eye doctor despite visiting earlier this year: they don't have records of my appointment. Great way to get someone to waste more money. My prescription hasn't changed.
