I had a perfectly wonderful experience getting new glasses thanks to JOYCE. I came in with my prescription from my eye doctor. Joyce took great care of me explaining the options available and explained my need of a prism and how it worked. Very knowledgeable. She highly recommended the new type of lenses and encouraged me to do that and get the guarantee. May glasses arrived in 6 days and what a huge different. They are perfect. She went over everything. I have not had this kind of service anywhere else.
Highly recommend! Very friendly staff with a fun & inviting environment! I just recently got new glasses from them & I'm very happy with my purchase! I will continue to go there for all of my future eye appointments and lens purchases! 😊
Called to get appointment for eye exam on Oct 2nd. Was told to leave name and number and would be called back. It is now Oct 14th still with no callback for appointment. Does not matter now because we took our business to Visionworks in Erie. Sure it was a long drive, but at least they have customer service !!!!!
Great place, super friendly employees. The only issue I have is when you stop to pick up your glasses they will look open but there is a rope closing it off and no one was there when they are supposed to be open and no sign saying when they'll be back!
Very nasty staff. Was met with attitude from the front desk workers, and the guy who fit my glasses told me afterwards the contact fitting was 30 extra dollars but NO ONE told me that. My boyfriend JUST called to ask simply if my glasses were done and she slammed the phone and hung up after. Fix this before I call cooperate. I’m sick of this god awful treatment.
