Great for exam, and has name brand glasses but need the development in the employee department, people have stuff to do. Rather then waiting around for the eye doctor to get back to pickup glasses you had ordered. Not very professional in my opinion, others should be trained to hand out orders too. I’m sure this is more than just tiffin Ohio. Definitely could use some restructuring.
Did I just had the best customer service at the vision center in Walmart Tiffin Ohio ? Yes , I for sure did! First time there and her name was Emily . She was so nice and helpful . She answered all my questions and help me set up my appointment . She went above and beyond on her service even helped me to call the Tiffin eye center for me without me asking for it and then gave me all the paper work needs to fill out before my appointment so I won't have to wait .
