Paid extra for scratch resistant lenses and after 68 days I have a cracked lense took it back and was told scratch resistant is useless and their warranty expires in 60 days. The lense is clearly cracked (no scratches) and they would not offer any repair Do not pay for extra scratch resistant as they do not honor any warranty at all just a waste of money
I had the pleasure of buying glasses at this establishment recently. It had been some time since I had replaced my glasses but I went in with my prescription and met Eric. Told him what I was looking for. He went and picked out frames for me and then we decided on lenses and options. The transaction went smooth and I received the glasses in a very few days. Around 2.5 weeks ago, my husband and I got new glasses at Walmart Vision & Glasses and we have experienced the best customer service ever. We were advised on several options with some pros and cons, but we were never rushed to make a purchase, until it was clear we were all set (I am sorry I didn't catch a name of a young woman who helped us).
