The eye Dr is great there nice ppl as will
10/10 Amazing Professional Service by Optician Kia. She is super-efficient, meticulous, very diligent, very focused, a good listener, courteous & humble! Just a wonderful experience! Thank you so much. I even filled out a review card at the store to submit to her manager, Ms. Apple. I highly recommend Walmart Optical & Vision at the Colonial Heights location in Virginia.
Although I did not end up buying a pair of glasses from this store as I found a pair I liked better in another place, I still think this place deserves 5 stars for how nice and helpful the women were who were working, the speed in which they saw me, the nice selection of frames and about the only place I could buy a complete pair of lined bifocal, Transition glasses with nice frames for under my insurance budget of $200. Fast and easy... Friendly staff
I'm very sorry to say that I've forgotten the name of the gentleman who helped me but he had small, round, red glasses. He was super nice and helped me with an issue another location sadly could not. Much love to him!!
