pretty nice fella' Dr. Shepard is a good doctor with a good sense of humor. He is thorough, doesn't rush, and discusses all options. My only complaint is the front desk help. She was a little less than discreet, repeating for all the office to hear what medications I was on (nothing embarrassing, but still). Pros: Dr. Shepard! Cons: Receptionist
