I'm writing this to help customers. My recent experience at Oxford Maine Walmart vision center was negative. Reasonably priced eye glasses and good quality labwork BUT the customer service was poor and slow. At first they were friendly. I explained my personal needs from the start. Then at check-out I was to be charged an unexpected service fee and a warranty fee without my knowledge or consent. They don’t have the right pair of glasses for everyone my glasses hurt my head and they at too tight

I just went to Walmart vision center and I was very impressed with Valerie’s knowledge on what glasses I needed and how to make sure that they were a good fit for me. Both Holly and Valerie were very pleasant helpful ! I suggest you give them a try if you are in the need for glasses!

Asked very politely if they had eclipse glasses. Met with a rude and curt no. Asked if they might know where i could get any. Giggling and smiling while giving me the same curt answer. Why?? You don't need to be rude
