Emily was absolutely wonderful! She helped me find the perfect glasses with so much patience and care. Her kindness and sense of humor instantly put me at ease; especially as someone who struggles with anxiety. She made the whole experience not only stress-free, but genuinely fun. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Thank you, Emily!
Yesterday I came into the store and Emily greeted me so sweetly. She could tell I was a little “distraught” lol. I am not good at picking glasses and I told her that I had my prescription but would love help. She said “favorite part of my job!” She was absolutely wonderful! Vent like family! Two other customers came and she was so professional with making them feel seen and heard while finishing up with me! She’s a keeper!!!!
I had a great experience today at Clearfield Walmart Vision Center! I had glasses that I ordered online that needed the frame adjusted. Emily took care of it right away. She gave careful attention to it, and they are so much better now! I intended to pay, but they would not take any payment. Her attitude was so friendly and helpful!!
