Eye doctor there was honestly so passively rude. I asked if they could do an exam on 4yo they were sure it was fine, we get there and shes rude to the child, shaking her head because he was struggling. Mind you his very first appointment which I made very clear on the phone to make sure it was ok. She then talked to me the exact same way as if I was a child, belittling and rude. There is this guy that works their whole is just absolutely amazing and helpful. Definitely a great group of people working there.
Horrible service all around! Don't bother trying to get contacts through them. If you're unfortunate enough to have two different scripts for your eyes, they will only order one script for one eye and leave you guessing when the next will come in.
Visited this year on March 20th around 11:00 am. I came here again this year because the last time I had such friendly service. That was not the case this time. The young lady I was unfortunate enough to work with was very rude and inattentive. I will not only never return, I will encourage as many people as possible to consider alternative places to spend their hard earned money.
