Called and was put on hold. When I reached 20 minutes I gave up. It was the second time I called and the same thing happened then.

I broke my frames and when I called about new ones Kim was so friendly on the phone and encouraged me to stop by, letting me know that if they have the same frame it would be up to 15 minutes to sanitize the lens etc Emily helped me when I stopped in and she is just the sweetest. I shopped while she looked for my frame. Less than 10 minutes later she called me to tell me my frame was not available but she found three options for me to look at.
