After multiple visits with the doctor, she ended up saying that I "might need a different type of service". Although each of the three times she tested my eyes, I told her each and every time that it was better than how I used to see, but it STILL wasn't good. But she just kept going with it instead of listening to what I was telling her. Huge waste of time and money. The people at the counter were very helpful and well trained.
Walmart Vision Center in Bluffton Indiana, does not answer their phone. Bad customer service.
I went in for a simple frame ajustment, and they made it worse. One lense was in closer to my eye than the other. So it had the annoying sensation of touching my cheek. I went back after a few minutes to get it fixed again, and they did really nothing to help it. They then had the gaul to blame it on my sinuses saying that my face is just swollen on one side so that is why my frame was touching my cheek... I don't know how my face got swollen on one side in 3 mins of them adjusting my frames, but apearently not only are they... read more
