Absolutely the best customer service! This was my first time.Im 49 years old and my vision was great All my life until 5-6 yrs ago. The Dr said,yes you need glasses. I didn’t understand anything about how my insurance works with eyewear. I was greeted by Tammy, and we sat down,she explained EVERY SINGLE DETAIL! I got overwhelmed quickly by trying to pick out a pair of glasses. Then Tammy brought a pair of Ray-Bans over and said try these. BAM! Prefect Choice! This location is the best by far in the area. My family has had the pleasure doing business with them for years. Jeff is highly skilled and always provides top-notch service.
THEY DO NOT CONDUCT FULL EYE EXAMS I went to this place because I believe I have an astigmatism that is causing me to have trouble seeing while driving. I have 20/20 regular vision and I just wanted to be tested for the astigmatism. After telling them this I was told that it was probably just bad vision. I go through the eye exam and can read the letters perfectly fine.
