The ladies at this site were sooo helpful! I had to bring young 3 kids in (one for frames) and of course they were touching everything. The employees were sooo helpful, patient and actually sat down and drew pictures with my little kids to keep them busy while helping my son find the best fit frames. 100% above and beyond. Thank you!
Don’t get your frames tightened there. They don’t know what they’re doing. They somehow ruined the coatings on my lenses and won’t work with me to replace broken personal property.
I can not express how wonderful these people are here at Walmart vision and glasses. I’ve becoming here for years and they have always took the time to help me. Best place to purchases glasses or contacts. These ladies rock!
Being horribly nearsighted, I braced myself financially and emotionally for the ordeal of buying glasses. However, the opticians and CSRs at Walmart Vision Care of Culpeper have changed that for me. I got frames for $17 and a discount on my Coke bottle lenses with my vision insurance. Whitney helped me with my initial prescription last summer, and when my glasses broke last week, Santana got them fixed in the blink of an eye; no charge with my original receipt.
