We attempted to get a pair of glasses for my husband. Extremely rude and refused to take my husbands electronic prescription. She seemed extremely annoyed with us, like she didn’t want to be bothered. The Dr is never available to schedule an appointment.
A complete rip off and needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. I had an appointment with the independent provider to get my eyes checked. I have VSP insurance that takes care of my eye exam AND to check the health of my eyes. I was told that I had to provide my medical insurance card as well. So you’re being paid twice?! When I questioned it, the receptionist was extremely rude. I had a great experience so I went in looking to get another pair of frames but they are discontinued he looked and looked for a frame that would fit couldn’t find one but found one close enough he could shave the lenses to fit so I feel like my glasses are special he was very kind and quick to help made my day bc I can’t drive without em
