A complete rip off and needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. I had an appointment with the independent provider to get my eyes checked. I have VSP insurance that takes care of my eye exam AND to check the health of my eyes. I was told that I had to provide my medical insurance card as well. So you’re being paid twice?! When I questioned it, the receptionist was extremely rude. I had a great experience so I went in looking to get another pair of frames but they are discontinued he looked and looked for a frame that would fit couldn’t find one but found one close enough he could shave the lenses to fit so I feel like my glasses are special he was very kind and quick to help made my day bc I can’t drive without em
I had an amazing experience at this Walmart vision store! The lady that helped me was “Top notch.” Very kind, and really wanted to help me with my contact lense catastrophe! Thank you for your professionalism! I highly recommend this store for your eye care needs.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m trying to get MY medical information sent to me but they can only fax it to me or I can personally come get it. When I told them I’ve moved they basically told me oh well. Then they say they’re gonna call back and don’t call back. They’re rude and very unhelpful. Don’t go here.
