They really went above and beyond to correct the computer issue that delayed my order. They are always nice when I call and stop in. The doctor is professional, thorough and was understanding of my circumstances and needs. I recently relocated to the area and this was my first time using a Walmart Vision Center for anything. I would definitely recommend.
I never had the problems that I am having this time! Went to get an eye test and new glasses. The 1st lab could not do the prescription so they sent it to a specialty lab now I went on the 24th of July! They did not call me to tell me they were sending them to another lab. I called them to see what was the hold up as they did not call on the day the glasses were suppose to be in. It is now the 11th of August and I am still waiting! Would have given 5 stars but the price is high I think. Expensive for just plain regular bottom glasses…..Warby Parker here I come
So far so good,first time there, Excellent
Nice frames, horrible lense grinding. Your equipment needs a severe calibrating or the doc needs to do a more thorough exam... even after being remade these glasses are no better than my old ones. The bifocal is good at top of lens and goes out of focus at lower side which creates problems. I've learned my lesson dealing with them.... Seek a better company.
