Steven Bruce is extremely patient when explaining our insurance benefits. He’s knowledgeable about the glasses. Our family has been going to Walmart vision care for several years now. Walmart Vision Care has a large selection of glasses at a great price with amazing customer service. Stephen is another employee who is helpful. Julio is a new employee and he is super friendly.
Excellent customer service. Steven Bruce helped choose great sunglasses and regular glasses easy. Great value and quick turnaround. I highly recommend!
Rude. Condescending. Snotty long-haired guy(?) who thoroughly enjoyed being that way. Offered zero help and had a prissy attitude. Horrible.
Unbeatable prices and service. We’ve used them a bunch of times. Always easy and pleasant. Good turn around times too!
Purchased a new pair of glasses/frames. The sales rep asked if I wanted warranty on the frames with a list of what it entails. Failed to mention that the warranty is only valid for ONE YEAR.
