Trying to make an eye appointment, I was left on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. hmHorrible Horrible service and people should be fired!
While on vacation my son's glasses came apart leaving him unable to see / wear them. We visited the vision and glasses center located inside the Denton Walmart. We were immediately welcomed by one of the associates ( I wish I would have gotten her name). I explained the situation and right away she was taking the glasses in her hands and telling us she would be right back and would be placing brand new screws in the glasses.
