I freakin hated the staff in the eye doctor office !!!! They embarrassed me and violated my privacy. In a room full of people the receptionist and everyone looked at me when I asked for an appointment and they said are you blind in one eye and basically questioned me. I felt like I was bullied all over again. Like why would you ask loudly about my problems isn’t it why I’m here to get insight. Not get made fun of and questioned if I need both eyes checked. Blonde pixie cut lady especially
I never had glasses before and knew nothing about them and they was no help at all. The people that waited on me wore glasses as well and never told me what I was getting as far as bifocal or not, and I never knew I was getting bifocals until after I picked out my frame and then she “the employee” never told me that the frame I got wasn’t a good idea for bifocals. I would never ever recommend someone to go there. They needs new employees that has concerns and want to help others. They are not concerned any what so ever. I’ve... read more

The customer service is always great. I like the fact that they don't just let you come out with anything. They explain the fix the make sure you look good
