Can't keep an eye doctor and the staff is rude and disrespectful

The doctor is wonderful but we will not be back to the vision center. I have been coming here for 20+ years. It has NEVER taken me 45+ minutes to order glasses, and we did'nt even get them ordered! They had 3 people that could barely speak english, did NOT have frames already picked out, let them pick out different frames after having been working on ordering them for 30+ minutes, did not have correct prescription for the one, AND had issues with insurance tie up service for over 45 minutes.
