The doctor is wonderful but we will not be back to the vision center. I have been coming here for 20+ years. It has NEVER taken me 45+ minutes to order glasses, and we did'nt even get them ordered! They had 3 people that could barely speak english, did NOT have frames already picked out, let them pick out different frames after having been working on ordering them for 30+ minutes, did not have correct prescription for the one, AND had issues with insurance tie up service for over 45 minutes. Cannot even schedule an appointment. If you do get someone on the phone they won't help you or take a message to have someone who can help you follow up.
Great service excellent customer service. Absolutely loved dr wood and Lisa. Both ladies with glasses and contacts were amazing as well
If I could give zero stars I would. I never had any trouble with my vision until I got my eye exam here, my eyes have always been two different powers and she tried to tell me they were both the same, she also tried to switch my contacts to “night and day” and told me they were the same cost, they were $60 higher. Ever since going there I have had constant blurry vision in my left eye and massive migraines…. DO NOT GO TO WALMART VISION!!! She rushes and doesn’t actually care about your eyesight!
