I have my eyes checked and the doctor took his time and explained everything very well. All the people were very nice and helpful. Maria goes beyond in helping people with frames and getting proper fit.
I recently went and got an eye exam and glasses. The eye Dr did a wonderful job and he took his time. The lady who helped pick out my frames and fit me was amazing. I have never gotten such a perfect pair of glasses. I use progressive lenses and the fit is so important. I will go back. I haven't had any dizzines or blurry vision since I got these. I've suffered with those since I got the pair I wore for 2 years that came from an eye Dr office. Amazing what a difference the right pair of glasses makes.
A very good experience shopping for glasses. I didn't feel rushed, which is rare these days. I found what worked for me fairly quickly. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.
I just got off the phone with Melissa. She was very rude. She had a snarky attitude and laughed at my frustrations. I understand why Walmart optical is not offering appointments right now and even expected that would probably be the case, but I didn’t expect or appreciate the attitude from Melissa. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Walmart optical.
