The staff at the Vision Center lack knowledge and fail to inform customers of important details in advance. For example, my purchased glasses had engraved numbers that I never requested. When I attempted to replace them, Walmart refused to issue a refund or address my concerns.
Dr. Freedman is a great doctor doesn't rush. Takes his time to do a proper exam. I will recommend
The doctor was nice. Seemed knowledgeable. The ladies out front left much to be desired in terms of customer service. They seemed more interested in their phones and talking among them selves than the customers my self included. Probably will go elsewhere in the future.
Dr. O'Connor and Dina are true professionals at the Vision Center at Walmart. They both took so much time to help me with my eye appointment and glasses. Thank you both for all you did.
I was at the vision center for an eye exam. The associate name Nusrat and Kanuck was very helpful and well experienced and explained the benefits for wearing the glasses. Very satisfied service!
