The five stars is only for the optometrists. I have been going to this location for a long time. I have seen all the doctors at this location at least once before (Dr. O’Connor, Dr. Friedman, and Dr. Amos). They are all very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I have no complaints with any of them and have had no issues. They are the reason I keep going back. I have been taking my family to Walmart Vision and Glasses for over 10 years and had the worst experience ever today. The lack of interest by the manager on duty was atrocious. This will be the last time I ever step foot in the Walmart again!
I tried to see the doctor and his assistant brushed me off saying he's very busy today sorry sbout that. Meanwhile my eye has been dilated for over 2 days and im getting worried. Even urgent care told me to see an eye doctor, though they dont want to see me apparently.
I have been seeing Dr O'Connor for almost 20 years, I would not go anywhere else, he's fabulous! I highly reccomend him!
A friend of mine told me to check out walmart to save on glasses. When I entered, there were two women working; neither bothered to offer any assistance (didn't even get a "hello"), but I still looked around. Finally, went over to one of the women (just went with the one that "seemed" friendlier). I wound up purchasing a pair of glasses, but I'd probably checkout a few other places, or a different walmart, next time (just to see if I can find somewhere that offers similar pricing, but has MUCH friendlier service).
