I have been seeing Dr O'Connor for almost 20 years, I would not go anywhere else, he's fabulous! I highly reccomend him!
A friend of mine told me to check out walmart to save on glasses. When I entered, there were two women working; neither bothered to offer any assistance (didn't even get a "hello"), but I still looked around. Finally, went over to one of the women (just went with the one that "seemed" friendlier). I wound up purchasing a pair of glasses, but I'd probably checkout a few other places, or a different walmart, next time (just to see if I can find somewhere that offers similar pricing, but has MUCH friendlier service).
The care of the assistants is terrible and the doctor's leaves much to be desired. This is also the second time I've taken my son to this place. They gave me an appointment for 4:30 PM. We arrived at 4:20 and did the pre-check. The assistant told me the doctor would be available in a few minutes, so we waited without any problem. But half an hour went by and the doctor wasn't finished with the patient he was seeing, so I got up and asked the assistant what was wrong, if there was a problem. The staff at the Vision Center lack knowledge and fail to inform customers of important details in advance. For example, my purchased glasses had engraved numbers that I never requested. When I attempted to replace them, Walmart refused to issue a refund or address my concerns.
Dr. Freedman is a great doctor doesn't rush. Takes his time to do a proper exam. I will recommend
