Over the past two weeks, I started noticing flashes in the corner of my eye along with floaters. On Friday (April 10), I visited Dr. Douglas O’Connor. He carefully performed a series of thorough examinations and diagnosed a vitreous horseshoe tear. He strongly advised that I seek immediate laser treatment to prevent the condition from worsening. It was either here or Costco. I know for a fact that when i bought from Costco before, their people fit the glasses to your face and make sure you are taken care of. I went there before. But this time, i needed to save some money so off i went to walmart. I gave the prescription and got my frames and new lenses. I was presented them right from the box to try on. No custom fit to my face or anything. There are 6 different adjustments to make ( i googled it to make mine fit better). Nothing! horrible assistants who had to gath... read more
The five stars is only for the optometrists. I have been going to this location for a long time. I have seen all the doctors at this location at least once before (Dr. O’Connor, Dr. Friedman, and Dr. Amos). They are all very knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I have no complaints with any of them and have had no issues. They are the reason I keep going back. The customer service of the other associates at this location has been lacking (has been like this for years! no change at all). There is no greeting when you walk in ... read more

I have been taking my family to Walmart Vision and Glasses for over 10 years and had the worst experience ever today. The lack of interest by the manager on duty was atrocious. This will be the last time I ever step foot in the Walmart again!
