I went to the wrong location by accident which resulted in us being 5 minutes after our scheduled time. I was told our appointment was a half hour prior to our scheduled time so I pulled up my confirmation and the receptionist seemed upset with ME that she was wrong.... Then she continued to be rude to me for the remainder of our time there.. Very unprofessional, and would never recommend.
Five stars for the optometrists!!! But 2 stars for everything else. I have been going to this location for a long time. I have seen all the doctors at this location at least once before (Dr. O’Connor, Dr. Friedman, and Dr. Amos). They are all very knowledgeable, kind, and personable.
