My experience was very good. I went with my dad to be taken care of and when we arrived they attended to him immediately. Thanks to Perla, it was special. She helped us a lot and guided us excellently. My congratulations to her.
I had a great experience with Dr. Roberts. I had an appointment, didn't have to wait, was taken straight back almost immediately after checking in and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the associate that helped me, I think it's Perla. She was very friendly, competent and professional. Looking forward to getting my new glasses.Love my new glassses.

Very good experience, one of the associates, Perla, helped me a ton. She was very patient with me and even spoke Spanish . You don’t see that a lot, so if you need someone who speaks Spanish I would recommend you talk to Perla.
Scheduled an appointment for my son and repeated it back to the lady she said i was correct and when I arrived it was the wrong day. Came back on thr correct day and time and waited over 45 minutes for my son's appointment. Got him in and he was done in less than 10 minutes. Not sure how accurate his prescription will be. I was in the restroom when he finished. I had some questions for the doctor about his prescription change and was told it would be a while. My son had to be at work so I couldn't wait much longer.
