I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The two ladies assisting were particularly unhelpful, especially Ashley, who had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional. Instead of addressing me by name, she referred to me as "the lady with the red eye." Although the doctor was nice and to the point, overall, it was not a pleasurable experience.
The most thorough eyeglass fitting I have had in a long time and I have worn glasses since I was 5 years old. Thank you Rodney for your kind spirit, patience, advice, and expertise. My glasses were ready when promised and I absolutely love them.
Poor customer service; no acknowledgment when walking in. Have to asked to be assisted.. smh what else should I have expected at Walmart. I only needed a pair of glasses from them not an eye exam. Never again.. Poor service take your business elsewhere!!!!!
The people there are amazing. The one star is for the supplier or whoever is in charge of cutting lenses and etc. I happen to go to another place closer to my home to grab a pair of safety glasses and I mentioned that these frames always feel off centered. They happen to do some measurements and turns out one frame is cut 2mm larger than the other. I failed to grab an extended warranty not assuming I need one so I had to eat this one but be mindful as this error does not fall on me I feel and I wish it had been caught also b... read more
Have used Dr. Roberts for years. Always do my glasses and contacts through them. Went today, (Sunday), to pick up my new glasses. Online and outside of the office says they open at 11. Went at 12, waited for over 30 minutes, and no one showed up. All I kept getting told was, "guess they are all at lunch." Wasted, trip, time , and gas. Not happy. They need to update their system, and let people know what the hours really are.
