They are vary nice and professional every time I went in it was like a quick in and out. When I went in for my contacts they helped make it a little bit less stressful by just talking about how it works and what not
Their Vision Center was absolutely no help and it took awhile to even get anyone to acknowledge that I had been standing there waiting for awhile. When I did finally get someone to acknowledge me she was disrespectful and dismissive. Heads Up Advice: They don't help with any repairs/fixes, whether you got your glasses there or not.
I recently had an appointment the doctor was fast took me right back. Knowledge and friendly. Didn't originally plan on going here but theyre the only ones in butler that take my insurance so thank you Walmart!
This place is a joke. I had an appointment for 2 o’clock for an eye exam. I arrived at 1:55 and I sat there waiting for somebody to come assist me. Meanwhile, another guy who had an appointment for 2:30 walked right in and started his eye exam so not only did I have to sit there and wait for somebody. They let me sit there for a few minutes while they took care of the other guy who appointment wasn’t till 2:30. I have been wearing glasses since I was about 4 years old. I went to the appointment at Walmart Vision Center. The doctor was caring or put on a show. I dunno, because i had yo go back for adjustments twice. Then the screw fell out. They turned out to be double layered metal frames. So... I went in for an adjustment, this white woman with blonde hair looks at me like i have 2 heads , searches me in the computer and has the gall to say, you bought these 3 months ago.
