This place is a joke. I had an appointment for 2 o’clock for an eye exam. I arrived at 1:55 and I sat there waiting for somebody to come assist me. Meanwhile, another guy who had an appointment for 2:30 walked right in and started his eye exam so not only did I have to sit there and wait for somebody. They let me sit there for a few minutes while they took care of the other guy who appointment wasn’t till 2:30. I have been wearing glasses since I was about 4 years old. I went to the appointment at Walmart Vision Center. The doctor was caring or put on a show. I dunno, because i had yo go back for adjustments twice. Then the screw fell out. They turned out to be double layered metal frames. So... I went in for an adjustment, this white woman with blonde hair looks at me like i have 2 heads , searches me in the computer and has the gall to say, you bought these 3 months ago. We had to drive an hour to come here. We showed up a day early. Oops! They were very gracious to get us in. All 4 of us. We had to wait around a bit. But there was also a cancellation. I would have waited all day if needed because it was our error. They were so nice!! We were in and out in 2 hours total. Dr Allison was great!
Doctor rushed through gave bad prescription
They are short staffed like everyone else these days. The prices are good if buying/paying for glasses out of pocket since they don’t take most insurance. They no longer have a doctor on site so you’ll have to bring your prescription from another doctor. Since they have minimal staff you’ll have to be patient and wait for a bit but it gives you time to try glasses on. The vision manager that waited on me was very nice.
