I have been wearing glasses since I was about 4 years old. I went to the appointment at Walmart Vision Center. The doctor was caring or put on a show. I dunno, because i had yo go back for adjustments twice. Then the screw fell out. They turned out to be double layered metal frames. So... I went in for an adjustment, this white woman with blonde hair looks at me like i have 2 heads , searches me in the computer and has the gall to say, you bought these 3 months ago. We had to drive an hour to come here. We showed up a day early. Oops! They were very gracious to get us in. All 4 of us. We had to wait around a bit. But there was also a cancellation. I would have waited all day if needed because it was our error. They were so nice!! We were in and out in 2 hours total. Dr Allison was great!
Doctor rushed through gave bad prescription
They are short staffed like everyone else these days. The prices are good if buying/paying for glasses out of pocket since they don’t take most insurance. They no longer have a doctor on site so you’ll have to bring your prescription from another doctor. Since they have minimal staff you’ll have to be patient and wait for a bit but it gives you time to try glasses on. The vision manager that waited on me was very nice. Walmart is messing up!! I'm calling to get exams and glass for a family of 5, paying cash. "Answer the phone!" Its ringing and ringing, a guy answers just to put me on hold..so now I gotta go in there and schedule the appointment in person.
