Brittney Hedge 10 reviews just now NEW Five stars to these ladies! The doctor is so knowledgeable and great in the exam room. Very fun eye exam. The team out in the vision center went over and beyond for me. Helped me pick out glasses, tried several on. Helped me pick out glasses based on my size and shape that I wanted. First time using Walmart Optometry, and the ladies working here were phenomenal! Friendly, helpful, and mindful of your time. I had no issues discussing insurance coverage and setting up an appointment. The actual exam was quick and thorough and I am so happy with the whole experience.
Got my eyes checked here about a year ago and plan on using them again!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Even being busy, everything seemed to go smoothly.
Iv always liked the optometrist he was very good and helpful however the main lady that deals with customers has always been very short and rude to me, I would recommend restaffing except for the actual doctor. With that said it has been six months since I have dealt with the staff. Maybe changes have been made but I recently called to order more contacts within normal business hours and no one answer now did it go to a voicemail service. 4/5 for the ophthalmologist, all other staff negative 2 stars.
